Many years ago, my whole life was unexpectedly flipped upside down.

Deaths, divorce, and a decade at my career, all gone, all at the same time! It was traumatic... a hot mess.

And on top of that, although I grew up with a religious background. I had chased the American dream. College, the successful career, the husband, the house. I thought I had it all. I thought I was set.

But when this all happened, I found out very quickly that I was spiritually empty. I felt betrayed, lost, scared, confused, and stuck. I couldn't believe I had worked so hard and done everything "right" only to have it all gone... all at the same time.

This was the lowest point in my life but it became my brightest because that is when I was exposed to spirituality.

Through this learning opportunity, I grew and connected with my intuition and began to find myself again. 

And yet, something was missing. As much as I searched, I couldn't find anything that helped me learn the practical implementation or to help me find a way to life a life of spiritual and practical growth at the same time. 

This frustration fueled me and led me to develop a spiritual practice that worked for me, a spiritual practice I credit with allowing me to now live the life of my dreams.

I am professionally successful,  remarried, and in the relationship of my dreams, but most of all... I feel complete and like I have something that centers me and helps me weather any storm... my connection to who I truly am and my spirituality.
